• ক্রয়কৃত স্ক্রিপ্ট বা ফাইল সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হলে।
• আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে সৃষ্ট কোনো প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সমাধান করা সম্ভব না হলে।
নিচের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না:
• মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে।
• প্রোডাক্ট ডাউনলোড বা গ্রহণ করার পর।
• হোস্টিং, সার্ভার বা ব্যবহারকারীর ভুল কনফিগারেশনের কারণে।
• ব্যবহারকারী নিজে ফাইল পরিবর্তন করে সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করলে।
রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো অনুরোধ পেমেন্টের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment for the same product.
• Failure to deliver the purchased script or files.
• A technical issue caused by us that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• After downloading or receiving the product.
• Hosting, server, or user configuration issues.
• Problems caused by modifying the original files.
Any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the payment.
